易有太極, 是生兩儀

본고는 역경(易經) 계사장(繫辭傳)상 11장에서 ‘역에는 태극이 있으니, 이것이 양의를 낳는다(易有太極, 是生兩儀)’라 한 구절에 대한 조선유학자들의 해석을 통하여, 그들이 바라보는 태극론의 특징을 고찰한 것이다. 

In this paper, I examine some interpretation of the clause, “the Change (易) has the Supreme Ultimate (太極), which produces Yin and Yang (I Ching; Xicizhuan(繫辭傳) Vol. 11),” performed by Joseon Confucian scholars.
